Governance & Compliance Statement
Call2all Foundation operates under a structured framework of governance designed to ensure absolute transparency, legal compliance, and alignment with our public benefit mission.

• Board Oversight: The foundation is governed by a legally appointed Board of Directors responsible for strategic direction, fiduciary oversight, and ensuring all activities strictly honor our official government-approved charter.

• Regulatory Compliance: We operate under the direct regulatory supervision of the Ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Thailand and maintain strict alignment with all non-profit operational guidelines.

• Financial Accountability: In accordance with Thai law, our financial records and annual statements are independently audited and certified by a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) before being submitted to the Revenue Department and the Ministry of Interior.

การกำกับดูแลกิจการและการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย
มูลนิธิสัมผัสใจ ดำเนินงานภายใต้กรอบการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี เพื่อมุ่งเน้นความโปร่งใส การปฏิบัติตามข้อบังคับทางกฎหมาย และการบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสาธารณประโยชน์อย่างแท้จริง

• การกำกับดูแลโดยคณะกรรมการ: มูลนิธิฯ บริหารงานภายใต้การควบคุมดูแลของคณะกรรมการมูลนิธิที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งอย่างถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย ซึ่งทำหน้าที่กำหนดนโยบายเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ ตรวจสอบการบริหารจัดการทางการเงิน และควบคุมดูแลการดำเนินงานทั้งหมดให้เป็นไปตามข้อบังคับของมูลนิธิที่นายทะเบียนได้อนุมัติไว้

• การปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับ: มูลนิธิฯ ดำเนินงานภายใต้การกำกับดูแลโดยตรงของกระทรวงมหาดไทยแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย และปฏิบัติตามแนวทางการดำเนินงานขององค์กรสาธารณกุศลที่ไม่แสวงหากำไรอย่างเคร่งครัด

• ความรับผิดชอบทางการเงิน: เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายไทย งบการเงินและรายงานการดำเนินงานประจำปีของมูลนิธิฯ จะต้องได้รับการตรวจสอบและรับรองโดยผู้สอบบัญชีรับอนุญาต (CPA) ก่อนที่จะนำส่งต่อกรมสรรพากรและกระทรวงมหาดไทย เพื่อแสดงถึงความโปร่งใสและความรับผิดชอบในทุกกิจกรรมสาธารณประโยชน์
